    We decided to sell our property with Steps estate agents in Dagenham, after having a valuation form Ernest a member of the Steps team, he was very polite and friendly. He valued our property quite high which we were pleased with as we thought our flat was worth it, he assured us we would have many viewings in the first few weeks, in the first week we only had one viewing and was then advised by Steps to bring down our price, we brought the price down twice, we then had two other viewings the second is now our buyer. We went to view a property with Peter Franklin another member of the Steps team, he was very attentive and listened to what we were actually looking for, when I mentioned we would prefer a bungalow, he told me that he had valued a bungalow in the area where we were looking the evening before, he then went ahead and arranged a viewing for us at the bungalow that evening, this is the property we will be moving into on Friday of this week. Peter had an excellent, professional and pleasant manner, and went out of his way to get us this viewing, we have him to thank for us be able to buy this lovely property. We were then passed to Sev for the rest of the buying and selling period, she was very friendly and helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. We would like to thank Steps for assisting us with buying a new property and with selling our property, we would recommend their services to friends and family looking to buy or sell their home.
