The childhood home of Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is up for sale for £1.45m. He is believed to have lived in the four-bedroom house, in Fulham, West London, until he was 12, a year after the first Harry Potter film was released.
It comes as a new play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, is set to open in the West End at the end of July. The play is believed to pick up where the seventh book ended.

The house has undergone renovation is a now a modern white-washed family home, with an exposed brickwork feature wall, converted loft and a kitchen with a dining room that opens out onto a private garden.
James Turner, of estate agents Chestertons, said that "it has only just come on the market so there has not been too much interest yet".
He said: "We have had a handful of viewings though and we are hoping that interest will increase dramatically when the word gets out."
Mr Turner said that Chestertons does not usually advertise properties based on who has lived there.
He added that when he told one person viewing the house who its past occupant was, the potential buyer did not know who Daniel Radcliffe is.
The house even has a cupboard under the stairs, where a young Harry Potter used to live in the book and films, as well as ample storage space in the loft.
