BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:
Holding deposit                £ 150.00 (inc VAT) This amount will be deducted from the first months rent and damage deposit prior to occupation, however can be retained by Steps Estate Agents if you either give misleading or false information, fail the right to rent check, withdraw from the application or do not respond to requests for information in line with the application process.

DURING YOUR TENANCY:
Amendment Fee    £ 50 (inc VAT)
Amending your tenancy agreement during your tenancy

Overdue rent default fee                                                     £3% above Bank of England base rate
(Any amount outstanding for more than 14 days)

Early termination fee                                                           £350.00 (Agents reasonable administration costs incurred for replacing a tenant)

OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:
Lost Key(s) or other Security Device(s)
Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).
